Hydro Instruments has been manufacturing vacuum solution feed and related equipment for Chlorine, Sulfur Dioxide, and Ammonia since 1978. We now produce vacuum feed equipment for a variety of liquid chemical solutions as well. From the beginning, Hydro Instruments has focused on producing the most durable equipment on the market. Our equipment is constructed by machining (rather than injection molding) the finest materials available for each application. Under new ownership & management since 1999, Hydro Instruments has been rapidly expanding sales and product offerings. As of 2010, we have enjoyed a new record for sales each and every year since 1999! This growth has forced us to move the company into much larger facilities during the years 2003 and 2010. In June of 2010, we purchased and moved into a 27,520 square foot facility. Driving our success has been our focus on offering the highest quality products and the best service at reasonable prices. Hydro Instruments' gas chlorination equipment is absolutely the best on the market. What sets us apart from ALL of our competitors is that: We take great care in assembly and testing to make certain all products are in perfect working order. We stock all products and parts for immediate shipment.   We machine all of our parts from solid stock of the finest materials available. Our body parts are machined from PVC stock. Our body parts will not crack or warp. This prevents leaks and greatly reduces repair costs. Our competitors have cut cost and compromised durability by using injection molding. Our material selection and construction is designed for maximum durability and corrosion resistance. Inlet capsules are solid Hastelloy-C276 or PVDF, inlet valves & rate valves are solid Silver. Hydro offers the finest inlet filter available for up to 100 PPD (2 kg/hr) feed rates. This plug type, porous PTFE (Teflon) filter offers maximum protection from venting caused by impurities and particles. Our vacuum regulators have the fewest parts.
