Ammonia

Ammonia is a chemical compound often used in diluted form as a common household cleaner. Ammonia gas is used to detect chlorine leaks since it forms a white vapor when it reacts with chlorine in small quantities. Ammonia should never be in the presence of chlorine in large quantities as this can cause a violent chemical reaction!
